Let’s start with a bit of my story…
I am of Chinese-Cambodian descent, a daughter of refugees who migrated to Australia in the early 1980’s. Growing up as a first generation immigrant, I had to straddle two very different cultures.
I struggled to be a “good Asian girl” for my parents and hustled to prove my worth with my friends, at school and eventually, in the workplace.
And now, I’m here to support career driven women like you to reignite and reclaim your passion, purpose and power. My coaching methodology is based on effective, heart-centred and action-based coaching with foundations in NLP practices, intuition, energy and Human Design.
With nearly two decades experience in the corporate and leadership landscape and hundreds of hours dedicated to personal development, I have learned a thing or two. I have built a beautiful career in an environment that wasn’t necessarily made for me when I entered it.
What I know with all of my heart is that stepping into leadership and success does not require us to be someone that we are not and to behave outside of our integrity.
I work with my clients by guiding them to uncover and learn their unique blueprint and to support them to have a deeper understanding of their own why so that they can create ways to thrive authentically.
I truly believe that deep down, you know who you are. You know what you want. You know the answers to the burning questions. I’m here to walk beside you, to shake up your snow globe and to help you examine all the moving parts that are swirling about.

A few things you should know about me…
My choice of drink is a soy latte, until it's time for a drink drink, in which case, it's red wine.
I am a pen and paper gal. Black pen, cream paper. No blue pens and don’t even think about red.
I have a short attention span but an immense storage of random trivia and 90’s rap lyrics.
I absolutely love Reformer Pilates and would do it twice a day every day if I could.
I am a Harry Potter fanatic. I’d like to think I’m a Gryfindor but I’m 100% a Hufflepuff.
